Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)(if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

Blindly Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Buyer Protection.

Blindly shop has advanced buyer protection for all orders with paid shipping. This means that any orders with a Basic, standard, or premium shipping option is automatically covered for lost or damaged goods. You are eligible for a full refund if the order is not delivered within the maximum timeframe mentioned in this policy ( maximum time frame is not the estimated timeframe for each shipment methods. It is the maximum time for any order to deliver which will be 60 business days unless otherwise specified in this policy.) Once the 60 business days pass by and you did not receive the order you may ask for a full refund through our returns center.

This protection also covers all damaged goods. This means that if you receive the product with damages that may have happened during shipping or handling you may be eligible for a return exchange or partial refund depending on the kind of damage and the proof submitted. (This process must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product)

Blindly shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim ( Applies for all orders with free shipping).
